Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide:
Your order number.
Clear photographs or videos showing the product and the issue.
A brief description of the problem.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 14 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, damaged, or expired product supplied by RDBECAS Cosmetics Store, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items, including shipping, courier, or transportation charges. Original shipping or delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
